Furnished

Furnished properties are let with an adequate but basic inventory.  It may be possible, subject to status, to provide higher specification equipment and furnishings.

Unfurnished

Unfurnished properties are let with adequate kitchen units and associated white goods.  

Lease terms and conditions are straightforward.  Properties may be provided for long or short rental periods.  Pets generally are not permitted in properties where there is close proximity of livestock and local wildlife.  In certain specific circumstances a pet may be permitted by mutual agreement in writing.  Some of the urban properties are suitable for a small house-pet.
